Welcome to Ayumio. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Agreement. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the service.

 

1. Who We Are

Ayumio is operated by Vega, LLC, a company registered in Falls Church, Virginia, USA. If you have questions or concerns about these Terms, you can contact us at hello@ayumio.com.

 

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Ayumio, you must create an account using a valid email address. Ayumio is intended for both personal and business use. There are no strict age restrictions, but users under 13 should only use Ayumio under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.

 

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Ayumio only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to access data not intended for you

  • Circumventing usage limits

  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or abusive content

 

4. Subscription and Payments

Ayumio offers a free plan and a paid Creator Plan. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds at this time. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

 

5. Content Ownership and Usage

Any content you generate or create using Ayumio — including prompts, Personas, Frameworks, and Repurpose Frameworks — belongs to you. You may reuse, modify, and share it as you like.

However, we may store, review, or moderate your saved content as part of maintaining and improving the service, enforcing usage rules, or providing support.

 

6. Data Collection and Privacy

To use Ayumio, we collect your email for account creation and communicate with you only if you opt into updates or newsletters. We also track usage data to enforce monthly limits.

We do not collect billing information directly. Payments are managed through Stripe, and your data is processed according to their privacy practices.

Ayumio uses Firebase to manage authentication and data storage. We do not currently use analytics tools to track user behavior.

7. Third-Party Services

Ayumio is designed to work alongside third-party AI tools like ChatGPT. You are responsible for any third-party accounts or services you choose to use in tandem with Ayumio.

We rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Stripe (for payments)

  • Firebase (for user authentication and data hosting)

 

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Ayumio running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Ayumio after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
