When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is used only for account-related purposes like login, support, and (if you opt in) product updates.
b. Usage Data
We track basic usage activity (such as prompts generated, content created, and pages accessed) to enforce plan limits and improve app functionality. This data is tied to your account but never sold or shared.
c. Billing Information
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, subject to their privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Track your monthly activity limits (Free vs. Creator plans)
Provide customer support
Improve product functionality
Send optional updates (if you subscribe to emails)
We do not use personal data for ad targeting or sell it to third parties.
3. Email Communication
You will only receive marketing emails, product updates, or newsletters if you explicitly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We may still send essential emails about your account (e.g., login, billing, Terms updates).
4. Data Sharing
We only share your data with trusted third-party services that help us operate Ayumio:
Firebase (Google) – for authentication, database, and hosting
Stripe – for subscription payments and invoicing

5. User Content & Storage
If you create Personas, Frameworks, or other saved content, it is stored securely in our database and associated with your account.
Our team may access this content to:
Provide support when requested
Investigate abuse or security issues
Improve the service experience
6. Cookies & Tracking
Ayumio does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics at this time. We do not run analytics tools like Google Analytics.
7. Data Security
We use Firebase and Stripe’s built-in security practices to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account and associated content as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion by contacting hello@ayumio.com.
9. Children’s Privacy
Ayumio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

You may request to view, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@ayumio.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we do, we will notify you via email. Continued use of Ayumio after changes means you accept the new policy.
